You have your own workplace, a shared or private loft, and you share the public spaces and facilities with residents from different disciplines – from media to technology, and from e-commerce to healthcare. This is not only fun and inspiring, it also ensures you can save about 25% compared to renting your own office space.

The easy, all-in solution for ambitious self-employed people
Whether you want to drop in occasionally and set up your laptop at one of the work tables, or you want to work at your own permanent workplace every day, as a self-employed person you are right in the middle of the action at Youwork. You will also find quiet areas where you can concentrate, meeting places and a comfortable living room.
SHARED LOFT
Convenience, comfort and flexibility for teams of 2-10 people.
Start-ups and (growing) teams of up to 6 people can find a workplace in one of our Shared Lofts. We provide these workplaces fully furnished and equipped with all the technology you need so the team can get started straight away.
PRIVATE LOFTS
Fully customisable office spaces for teams of all sizes
Ambitious companies and creative corporates will find the perfect office solution in our open and transparent private lofts. These private spaces can be fully furnished and shaped to the wishes and identity of the organisation.

Creative Valley lets you go in all directions. Literally. We have two locations in the middle of the Netherlands. Our branch at Business Park Papendorp is located directly on the intersection of the A12 and A2, which makes it the most accessible office park in the Netherlands. And our Utrecht CS station branch is literally at a Dutch public transport hub: you can step straight into Creative Valley from a train, tram or bus.
