We have 8,500 m² of high-quality workplaces, serviced offices and our Collectiv meeting concept right on the Stationsplein of Utrecht CS. Whether you are an independent, boutique company or creative corporate, you will find everything you expect in our high-end facilities and services. And many more you probably never thought of.

Creative Valley is all about inspiration, interaction and facilitating meetings. CREATIVE VALLEY CS AS A DESTINATION

With more than 100 million travellers passing through every year, the Utrecht station area is the vibrant heart of the Netherlands. The area is currently undergoing a huge transformation. Together with the old city centre, it will become an innovative city centre with a rich mix of functions, just a 25-minute train ride from Schiphol, and with a direct connection with the Netherlands and the rest of Europe. And we are in the middle of that vibrant heart. You will find Creative Valley CS on the new Stationsplein on the north side of the tracks with direct access to the historic city centre. With its 24-hour Urban Hub function, the spirit of the building is a reflection of the new station area.

When we design a building, we first draw the person. You in fact. The rest is then designed around that. From the first stone to the last chair, and from the art on the walls to where and how the pantries are set up, our buildings are developed, built and furnished to facilitate interaction and inspiration. We call it the anti-office. Just step inside and you will be able to see and feel what we mean.
COLOURFUL COMMUNITY
Creative Valley is the daily destination for a very diverse group of entrepreneurs and companies, from media to healthcare and from culture to technology. Together, all those independent working blood types, talents and corporate cultures form the community that inspires and helps each other move forward. We have thought about everything when it comes to the building, services and facilities. We ensure everything is perfect so you can fully focus on what you are good at.

Organic
brasserie

Our chef makes fantastic lunches for you in the brasserie . But you can just choose “some bitterballen”, a walking dinner or a complete five-course dinner as well.

Serviced
boardrooms

We have fully equipped, high-end boardrooms with A/V facilities for private meetings or presentations. And if desired, we can provide catering.

Public
spaces

Our building has been developed for interaction and inspiration. This means you will find public spaces all over where you can meet, share ideas and help each other.

Collectiv

Collectiv is a series of unique, multifunctional meeting and event spaces where you work together, exchange ideas and experiences together and achieve results together.

Exhibitions

You can find inspiration in the least obvious places. This is why our building is full of work by contemporary artists.

We believe in happy & healthy workers. Using the most modern techniques and based on Biophelic design, we bring the outside in, and vice versa.

Events

Just like in a members club, we organize many events for the residents. From Bootcamp to BBQ, from the DJ on Friday to theme dinners and from expert sessions to hackathons.

Hosts
and staff

Can we help you by booking a boardroom for you, welcoming guests, sending packages, etc.? Just tell us what you want.

Luxury
apartments

We offer you your own apartment with Nest for your guests or employees. Nest is your comfortable, intimate and exceptionally complete base for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of 6 months.

Met Creative Valley kun je alle kanten op. Letterlijk. We zitten met twee vestigingen midden in het midden van het midden van Nederland. Onze vestiging op Business Park Papendorp ligt pal op het kruispunt van de A12 en A2; het is daarmee het best bereikbare kantorenpark van Nederland. En onze vestiging op station Utrecht CS ligt letterlijk aan het OV knooppunt van Nederland: je stapt zo uit de trein, tram of bus Creative Valley binnen.
