Business Park Papendorp is a unique office location with lots of greenery, beautiful architecture and a high concentration of strong and visible service providers. More than 12,000 people work there every day. It is part of the city of Utrecht, but its location and park-like layout give it a campus feeling with its own identity. Creative Valley is directly visible and accessible from the A12 and A2, and you can reach Utrecht CS within 8 minutes by public transport.
Creative Valley Papendorp is located at the most accessible highway location in the Netherlands: Business Park Papendorp We offer companies and self-employed people high-quality workplaces, serviced offices and our unique Youmeet meeting concept, right on the intersection of the A12 and A2. From the open architecture to the stimulating art, and from the countless community events to the design of our brasserie: Creative Valley has been developed and designed to facilitate inspiration, chance encounters and cross-pollination.

Met Creative Valley kun je alle kanten op. Letterlijk. We zitten met twee vestigingen midden in het midden van het midden van Nederland. Onze vestiging op Business Park Papendorp ligt pal op het kruispunt van de A12 en A2; het is daarmee het best bereikbare kantorenpark van Nederland. En onze vestiging op station Utrecht CS ligt letterlijk aan het OV knooppunt van Nederland: je stapt zo uit de trein, tram of bus Creative Valley binnen.
