When we design a building, we first draw the person. You in fact. The rest is then designed around that. From the first stone to the last chair, and from the art on the walls to where and how the pantries are set up, our buildings are developed, built and furnished to facilitate interaction and inspiration. We call it the anti-office. Just step inside and you will be able to see and feel what we mean.
COLOURFUL COMMUNITY
Creative Valley is the daily destination for a very diverse group of entrepreneurs and companies, from media to healthcare and from culture to technology. WORKING AT THE CROSSROAD OF THE NETHERLANDS

Business Park Papendorp is a unique office location with lots of greenery, beautiful architecture and a high concentration of strong and visible service providers. More than 12,000 people work there every day. It is part of the city of Utrecht, but its location and park-like layout give it a campus feeling with its own identity. Creative Valley is directly visible and accessible from the A12 and A2, and you can reach Utrecht CS within 8 minutes by public transport.

Creative Valley Papendorp is located at the most accessible highway location in the Netherlands: Business Park Papendorp We offer companies and self-employed people high-quality workplaces, serviced offices and our unique Youmeet meeting concept, right on the intersection of the A12 and A2.
