Your own space in the heart of a dynamic environment, with access to beautiful meeting rooms, quiet workspaces and our brasserie serving homemade cappuccinos and lunches prepared by our own chefs and baristas. You are continuously inspired by art, culture and fresh ideas through our community events and learning workshops. In short: everything you need, without having to invest or organise anything yourself! Small office space in Utrecht without fitting out a floor yourself: a team office is a lockable room with 4 to 6 desks on the open floors of Creative Valley, delivered with desks, storage and a whiteboard. At Utrecht Central Station there are 15 of these team offices. You pay one all-in price per month, with wifi, cleaning, front desk and the post and parcel service included, and you use the lounges, the phone booths and the meeting spots of the whole building. For the startup that has outgrown the cafe, for a team from a larger company that wants a base in Utrecht, and for the freelancer sharing a shared office in Utrecht with two or three colleagues at a station address. Outgrow that room and you move on to a larger private office in the same building, so your flexible office space in Utrecht grows with you instead of against you.
