Across three locations in Utrecht (Utrecht Central Station, Papendorp and, soon, by the water in Smakkelaarspark), we offer short-stay apartments, serviced offices, flexible workspaces, meeting and event spaces, a rooftop garden and a brasserie with our own chefs and baristas.

The iconic architecture of Creative Valley Papendorp offers, alongside The Pavilion - our most stylish retreat away from the office - individual workspaces, shared/private serviced offices, and a variety of meeting rooms, complemented by highly personalised hospitality services. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to make professionals feel both at home and inspired.

At the Park
Creative Valley At the Park, located next to Utrecht Central Station in the Kadegebouw. Alongside private lofts (from 300 m²) and our signature brasserie, it will feature a public theatre and a state-of-the-art rooftop bar serving barista coffee, cocktails and finger food.

Hospitality is at the heart of every Creative Valley experience. From the morning cappuccino and homemade dinners to a warm welcome and knowing your name: all is designed to make people feel at home at work.
Our hospitality is deeply personal. That’s why we have our own chefs and baristas in the brasserie, and dedicated hospitality managers at every location. They know your name, welcome your guests, accept your parcels and are always happy to go the extra mile when needed.
