Located at the most central point in the Netherlands, our fully serviced rooftop apartments offer travelling professionals a private 50 m² living space. With views over Utrecht Central Station and the city's vibrant skyline, they provide a unique and peaceful retreat.
Staying temporarily in or around Utrecht? Nest is your ideal and comfortable home base. You're welcome to stay from 2 weeks up to 6 months. There's a good chance you can stay with us for the entire duration of your assignment or temporary work period, so you can focus on what really matters.
Designed down to the last detail for maximum comfort and convenience. The premium foldaway bed and smart sliding door create a flexible living space, while the stylish bathroom and fully equipped kitchen provide everything you need to live, work and relax with ease.
Rates from €3,500 per month or €118 per night. Includes Wi-Fi, all utilities, weekly housekeeping with fresh bed linen and towels, basic TV channels, and Chromecast for streaming.
Excludes 21% VAT, 10% tourist tax, and a €90.75 final cleaning fee.

Each apartment has its own kitchen with a coffee machine, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a welcoming living area with a generous sofa, a round table, several places to sit and a comfortable queen-size bed integrated into the design.
Expats, digital nomads, travelling professionals and students from around the world make Nest their temporary home.
