Long stay in Utrecht

At Nest you rent a fully furnished apartment of about 50 m2 by the month, from one to six months, on the roof of Creative Valley on Stationsplein at Utrecht Central Station. There is a good chance we can house you for the whole length of your assignment.

What is included with an extended stay apartment?

• A living room with a round table you can work and eat at, and a lounge sofa for the evening
• A bed that folds away during the day, so the room becomes a living room

• Weekly cleaning with fresh bed linen and towels, with nothing for you to arrange
• Gas, water, electricity and wifi in the monthly rate, so no contracts and no final bill
• One fixed rate per month, from 3,500 euro, excluding VAT and tourist tax
