We offer maximum flexibility to organisations, teams and individual professionals looking for a workspace in Utrecht. Whether you need a small office for your team or a private office styled to your taste. A flexible workspace for a day or a membership for a few days a week. A place to make calls all day, a private room to work in or somewhere to invite clients for a healthy lunch in our brasserie. It’s all possible here. Come and try working with us for a day or take a tour, and we’ll tailor everything to your needs.

Creative Valley Utrecht Centraal Station is located on Stationsplein.
Our second location, Creative Valley Papendorp, is in Business Park Papendorp near the A12 and A2, with parking right outside.
From 2027, our third location, Creative Valley At the Park, will open right next to Utrecht Central Station, surrounded by greenery and beside the water in Smakkelaarspark.
