Creative Valley At the Park, located next to Utrecht Central Station in the Kadegebouw. Alongside private lofts (from 300 m²) and our signature brasserie, it will feature a public theatre and a state-of-the-art rooftop bar serving barista coffee, cocktails and finger food.

In spring 2027, our third location will open in Smakkelaarspark, right next to Utrecht Central Station: Creative Valley At the Park. Surrounded by greenery and set beside the water, it’s a workplace for innovation-driven companies looking for an exceptionally flexible environment.
In the iconic Kadegebouw, we’ll offer private office lofts from 300 m², which you can design to reflect your organisation’s identity. In our brasserie, our baristas will serve freshly made cappuccinos, while our own chefs prepare healthy lunches.
On the ground floor, beside the water, there will be a theatre and conference space for 250 guests: a stage for keynotes, conferences, product launches, film screenings, dance and live music.
High up on the green roof, you’ll find an all-day coffee, work & wine bar. Open throughout the day and welcoming to the public, it will offer space to work or unwind, views across the city and a place to end the day with a good glass of wine.
