As Hospitality Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping that future.

You'll be the driving force behind the Creative Valley experience—setting the standard, inspiring your team and ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the quality we're known for. From operations and service to atmosphere and experience, you'll make sure every detail feels effortless.

You're not only leading the team—you'll be present on the floor, coaching colleagues, solving challenges before they arise and continuously looking for ways to elevate our hospitality.

The Role

As Hospitality Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospitality teams, ensuring every location delivers a consistent, premium guest experience.

You'll support the team whenever needed, while always maintaining an overview of the bigger picture. You create structure, set clear expectations and make sure service remains exceptional—even during the busiest moments.

You'll be the connecting link between our locations, bringing people, processes and hospitality together under one Creative Valley experience.

Your Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and developing the hospitality teams
• Safeguarding quality, consistency and operational excellence
• Supporting the Hospitality and Front Office teams whenever needed
• Building strong relationships with residents, members, guests and suppliers
• Coordinating lunches, dinners and business events
• Identifying opportunities to improve operations and guest experience
• Managing operational efficiency while working within budgets
• Collaborating closely with the Kitchen Manager, HR Manager and Operations Manager
• Ensuring clear communication across departments and teams
• Creating staff schedules together with the Hospitality Manager at our other location

Most importantly, you'll ensure that every Creative Valley location delivers one seamless hospitality experience. You'll build structure, strengthen collaboration and create an environment where guests instantly recognise the Creative Valley way.

Who We're Looking For

You're a natural leader with a genuine passion for people and hospitality.

You lead with confidence while remaining approachable and supportive. You know how to motivate a team, create clarity and maintain calm under pressure.

You're equally comfortable coaching colleagues, organising operations and stepping onto the floor whenever needed.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Experience leading hospitality teams or working in a similar service-driven environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to oversee multiple priorities
• Confidence in making decisions and taking ownership
• A hands-on mindset with a willingness to lead by example
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to build strong relationships with both guests and colleagues
• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• The flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
