With the arrival of Creative Valley at the Park, we're taking the next step. Alongside inspiring workplaces, we're introducing a theatre for business events and cultural programming for up to 200 guests, complemented by a rooftop bar overlooking Utrecht. A place where people can work over barista coffee and homemade pastries during the day, and unwind with carefully selected wines as the afternoon turns into evening.

We're looking for a Commercial Manager who is ready to share the full Creative Valley story with the world.

The Role

As Commercial Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy of Creative Valley.

You'll bring together our complete offering into one compelling commercial proposition:

• Private offices and studios
• Flexible workspaces
• Collectiv – our meetings & events concept
• Nest – our serviced apartment brand
• Community and business partnerships
• The upcoming theatre and rooftop bar at Creative Valley at the Park

You'll lead our two passionate Meetings & Events Coordinators within Team Collectiv, as well as our Community Manager, while working closely with Marketing, Operations and Real Estate.

Most importantly, you'll ensure that every part of our hospitality experience feels connected. You'll build structure, strengthen collaboration across teams and ensure that, wherever guests walk through our doors, it unmistakably feels like Creative Valley.

Your Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for:

• Developing and executing our commercial strategy
• Identifying and actively approaching relevant target audiences
• Generating and qualifying leads for private office leasing
• Driving the commercial performance of our flexible workspaces
• Growing the commercial success of Collectiv and Nest
• Developing strategic partnerships
• Increasing occupancy, revenue and conversion
• Monitoring commercial objectives and performance
• Preparing the commercial launch and market introduction of Creative Valley at the Park

Your Place Within the Organisation

As Commercial Manager, you'll be part of the Creative Valley Leadership Team alongside the Operations Manager, Real Estate Manager and Kitchen Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager.

Together, you'll be responsible for the quality, performance and continued growth of all Creative Valley locations.

Within the leadership team, you'll connect commercial strategy with hospitality, real estate, marketing, community and day-to-day operations.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven leader who recognises opportunities and knows how to turn them into results.

You inspire people with the Creative Valley story while bringing structure, setting clear objectives and leading your team towards success. You're comfortable switching between strategic thinking, hands-on sales, relationship management and team leadership.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Experience in a commercial management role
• A proven track record in B2B sales and relationship management
• Experience leading and developing a small team
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• The ability to unite multiple products and services into one compelling commercial proposition
• An affinity with hospitality, real estate, workplace concepts, meetings & events and/or serviced apartments
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate commercial insights into action
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English
