Monkey Parliament
Formerly The Forum
When a group has to reach a decision, Monkey Parliament is the room. The name points at a parliament, and the space works that way too: everyone can see everyone, and everyone gets a turn. That makes it the right setting for management meetings, leadership sessions, client conversations, panel discussions, stakeholder dialogues and decision-making sessions.
The name Monkey Parliament is inspired by Devolved Parliament by Banksy: a group of intelligent primates attempting to improve the world. It also draws on a long artistic tradition in which monkeys are used as a mirror of human behavior. From satirical artworks to contemporary artists like Banksy, monkeys have served as a way to explore group dynamics, communication, and the complexities of human nature.

Monkey Parliament is a meeting room for 20 people, 47 m2, on Stationsplein at Utrecht Central Station. The layout is flexible: a boardroom setup for a management session, a u-shape for a training, separate clusters for a workshop. The room has a fixed 65 inch screen with a soundbar, a flipchart and a cloakroom, and net curtains give you privacy. Coffee, tea, still and sparkling water and a secure Wi-Fi connection are included; lunch from our brasserie and catering for drinks or dinner can be arranged on request.
