We're looking for an All-round Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping our locations running smoothly and looking their very best.

De functie

As an All-round Maintenance Technician, you'll be the person who keeps everything behind the scenes operating seamlessly.

Whether it's responding to a technical issue, repairing a loose door handle or maintaining our outdoor spaces, you'll make sure problems are solved before they become disruptions.

You'll work across our Creative Valley locations, carrying out preventative maintenance, repairs and inspections while supporting external contractors whenever larger projects are underway.

Your Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for:

• Performing preventative maintenance across our buildings and facilities
• Carrying out general repair and maintenance work
• Responding quickly to technical issues and service requests
• Inspecting buildings, installations and outdoor areas
• Supporting external contractors during maintenance projects
• Keeping maintenance records and reporting technical issues
• Helping maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment
• Identifying opportunities to improve our buildings and facilities

Who We're Looking For

You're practical, proactive and enjoy solving problems.

You take ownership of your work, have an eye for detail and understand that a well-maintained environment contributes directly to an outstanding guest experience.

• Experience in a maintenance, facilities or technical role
• Broad technical knowledge across general building maintenance
• A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
• The ability to work independently while managing your own priorities
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Good communication skills and a service-minded approach
• A valid driving licence (Category B)
• Flexibility to work across multiple Creative Valley locations
